BENEFICIARY COMMUNITIES. They are the geographic areas of population that are being considered to receive MOBILE SERVICES using 4G LTE-A technology or higher as part of the implementation obligations of the MANDATORY INVESTMENT COMMITMENTS of the CONCESSION CONTRACT.

BENEFICIARY COMMUNITIES. The geographical areas of population being considered to receive MOBILE SERVICES (defined as such in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS) using 4G LTE-A or higher technology as part of the obligations of the CONCESSION CONTRACT. LTE-A (Long Term Evolution – Advance): Standard for high-speed mobile wireless communications as of Release 10 - 3GPP.
BENEFICIARY COMMUNITIES. It refers to the communities in Appendix Nº 1 of Annexes No. 7 and No. 8 of the CONTRACT in which the CONCESSIONAIRE must provide the MOBILE SERVICES.

  • Beneficiary The Participant may file with the Committee a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation.

  • Survivor Benefits 1. A surviving dependent of a retiree who was eligible to receive a Retiree Medical Grant, as stated above in A through C, and who qualifies for a monthly allowance shall be eligible for fifty (50) percent of the Grant authorized for the retiree.

  • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS A. 1. Whenever a teacher is absent from duty as a result of personal injury caused by an accident or an assault and/or battery upon the teacher arising out of and in the course of employment, the teacher will be paid full salary (less the amount of any worker's compensation paid for said injury) for the period of such absence not to exceed 189 working days.

The Executive's beneficiary designation shall be deemed automatically revoked if the beneficiary predeceases the Executive, or if the Executive names a spouse as beneficiary and the marriage is subsequently dissolved. If the Executive dies without a valid beneficiary designation, all payments shall be made to the Executive's estate.

  • Health & Welfare Benefits Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health and welfare benefits provided generally to other employees of the Company.
