Beneficiario persona física o jurídica titular de una cuenta de pago que es el destinatario previsto de los fondos que hayan sido objeto de una operación de pago. En el caso de los Adeudos Directos SEPA, el Acreedor es el titular de la cuenta de abono que recibe el Xxxxxxx del Deudor para iniciar los cobros, que son a su vez órdenes para recibir fondos de la Entidad del Deudor mediante el proceso de cargar el importe a la cuenta del Deudor. El Acreedor realiza el cobro de los Adeudos Directos en virtud del Xxxxxxx. Cuenta de Pago: cuenta abierta a nombre de uno o varios usuarios de servicios de pago que se utiliza para ejecutar operaciones de pago. Proveedor de Servicios de Pago: los organismos públicos, entidades y empresas autorizadas para prestar servicios de pago en España o en cualquier otro Estado miembro de la Unión Europea, conforme lo dispuesto en la PSD2, así como los de terceros países que se dediquen a la prestación de servicios de pago. En el caso de los Adeudos Directos SEPA, serán consideradas Entidad del Deudor y Entidad del Acreedor: · Entidad del Deudor: es la entidad en la que el Deudor es titular de la cuenta en la que se va a cargar el cobro y con la que ha formado un acuerdo sobre las normas y condiciones de un producto basado en el esquema del Reglamento CORE de SEPA. En base a este acuerdo, esta entidad ejecuta cada cobro relativo a un Adeudo Directo SEPA originado por el Acreedor mediante cargo a la Cuenta del Deudor, con arreglo a lo expuesto en el Reglamento CORE. Entidad del Acreedor: es la entidad en la que el Acreedor es titular de una Cuenta y con la que ha firmado un acuerdo sobre las normas y condiciones de un producto basado en el esquema del Reglamento CORE de SEPA. En base a este acuerdo, esta entidad recibe y ejecuta órdenes procedentes del Acreedor para iniciar la operación de Adeudo Directo SEPA mediante el envío del cobro a la Entidad del Deudor conforme a lo expuesto en el Reglamento CORE. Usuario de Servicios de Pago: persona física o jurídica que hace uso de un servicio de pago, ya sea como Ordenante o como Beneficiario. Operación de Pago: acción, iniciada por un Ordenante o por un Beneficiario, consistente en transferir fondos entre cuentas de pago en la Unión, con independencia de cualesquiera obligaciones subyacentes entre el Ordenante y el Beneficiario.   • Designation of Charitable Beneficiaries By written notice to the Trustee, the Company shall designate one or more nonprofit organizations to be the Charitable Beneficiary of the interest in the Trust such that the Shares held in the Trust would not violate the restrictions set forth in Section 13.2(a) in the hands of such Charitable Beneficiary. Neither the failure of the Company to make such designation nor the failure of the Company to appoint the Trustee before its automatic transfer provided for in Section 13.2(b) shall make such transfer ineffective; provided that the Company thereafter makes such designation and appointment. The designation of a nonprofit organization as a Charitable Beneficiary shall not entitle such nonprofit organization to serve in such capacity and the Company may, in its sole discretion, designate a different nonprofit organization as the Charitable Beneficiary at any time and for any or no reason. Any determination by the Company with respect to the application of this Article XIII shall be binding on each Charitable Beneficiary.

  • Survivor Benefit Upon the death of a regular employee who leaves a spouse and/or dependants enrolled in the Medical Services Plan, Dental Plan and Extended Health Benefit Plan, such enrolment may continue for twelve (12) months following the employee’s death, provided the enrolled family members pay the employee’s share of the cost of the premium for the plans. The Employer shall advise the survivor of this benefit.

  • No Other Beneficiaries This Agreement is intended for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and controlling persons, and no other person, firm or corporation shall have any third-party beneficiary or other rights hereunder.

  • Children/Grandchildren An employee may purchase life insurance in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) as a package for all eligible children/grandchildren (as defined in Section 2A2 and 2A3 of this Article). For a new employee, child/grandchild coverage requires evidence of insurability if application is made after the initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. An employee who becomes eligible for insurance may purchase child/grandchild coverage without evidence of insurability if application is made within thirty (30) days of the initial effective date as defined in this Article. Child/grandchild coverage commences fourteen (14) calendar days after birth.

  • Successors and Assigns; Beneficiaries The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and all such provisions shall inure to the benefit of the Certificateholders. No other person, including, without limitation, any Mortgagor, shall be entitled to any benefit or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement.
