Beginning on March. 31, 2008 and semi-annually thereafter, Licensee will submit to The Regents a written progress report as described in Paragraph 12.2 below covering Licensee’s (and any Affiliates’, Joint Ventures’, or Sublicensee’s) activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and related to the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing and the activities required and undertaken in order to meet the diligence requirements set forth in Article 11 (Due Diligence). Progress reports are required for each Licensed Product until the first Sale or other exploitation of that Licensed Product occurs in the United States and shall be again required if Sales of such Licensed Product are suspended or discontinued.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.
