Beginning of Work. Following receipt and full execution and approval of the Contract Documents, and posting of the requisite Bonds as called for therein, the COUNTY will issue a "Notice to Proceed". Under no circumstances shall the CONTRACTOR enter upon the site of work until receipt of the "Notice to Proceed", unless so authorized in writing by the COUNTY.
Beginning of Work. XXXXXXXXXX’s receipt of the fully executed Agreement Documents will serve as the “Notice to Proceed” from COUNTY. Under no circumstances shall CONTRACTOR enter upon the site of work until in receipt of the “Notice to Proceed” or unless so authorized in writing by COUNTY.
Beginning of Work. You agree that our obligation to render the Services does not begin until we receive the Total Fixed Fee and written approval and acceptance of the terms of this Fee Agreement from both parties. You agree that we have no obligation to render the Services until we receive all necessary information requested by us.

Beginning of Work. The issuance of Notice To Proceed shall constitute the Contractor’s authority to enter upon the site of work and to begin operations. Entry upon the site without authority will be treated as trespassing. The Contractor may start work at any time after the Notice To Proceed is issued.

The Consultant shall commence work pursuant to the Scope of Work attached as Exhibit A hereto upon receipt of written notice to proceed and shall diligently prosecute all work to completion. For each additional service to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, such service shall not commence until the Agency Executive Director has approved, in writing, the scope of such services and the Consultant's compensation for such services, and thereafter delivered a written notice to proceed to the Consultant. Upon the Consultant's receipt of such notice to proceed, the Consultant shall diligently prosecute all work to completion in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Agency's execution of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the notice to proceed, and the Consultant shall commence work no later than July 1, 2009.
Beginning of Work. The bidder shall not commence any billable work until a valid contract has been fully executed by the State and the successful Contractor. The bidder will be notified in writing when work may begin.
Beginning of Work. This Contract is not effective and binding until approved by the Secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet and filed with the Legislative Research Commission’s Government Contract Review Committee. The Contractor shall not commence any billable work until a valid Contract has been fully executed. The Contract shall represent the entire agreement between the parties. Prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral, between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof shall be of no effect upon this Contract.
Beginning of Work. The plan shall not commence any billable work until the Implementation Begin Date, that is July, 1999, and subject to the effective date of enrollment of any client with the plan. The plan shall, however, agree to work with the Department to complete development and preparation activities immediately following contract negotiations, including network development.
