Before accepting a full year’s sabbatical leave, the teacher shall enter into a written agreement in accordance with the terms of General Laws, Chapter 71, Section 41A, to return to active service in the Fitchburg School Department for a period of at least twice the length of such leave. Before accepting a half year’s sabbatical leave, the teacher shall enter into a written agreement to return to active service in the Fitchburg Public Schools for a period of at least three (3) times the length of the leave. A teacher who does not fulfill this agreement shall have agreed in writing to pay the City the amount of the salary received by the sabbatical. The teacher may be released from such payment if his/her failure to serve twice the length of the leave is due to disability, death, or if he/she is discharged from his/her position by the Superintendent.

  • Withdrawal Before Bidding 7.1. Registered E-Bidders, who have completed the 10% deposit payment, are entitled to withdraw from the auction at least one (1) working day before the auction date by 5.00 pm.

  • BID ACCEPTANCE PERIOD A bid shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date or until the date of award. In the event that an award is not made by the County within ninety (90) days from the bid opening date, the Bidder may withdraw their bid or provide a written extension of their bid.

  • Testing and Acceptance Designer will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to test Deliverables requiring testing and to make all necessary corrections prior to providing Deliverables to Client.   • Participant Acceptance Participant must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement either electronically through the electronic acceptance procedure established by the Company or through a written acceptance delivered to the Company in a form satisfactory to the Company.   • Termination of Participation If the Administrator determines in good faith that the Executive no longer qualifies as a member of a select group of management or highly compensated employees, as determined in accordance with ERISA, the Administrator shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cease further benefit accruals hereunder.
