Becoming Effective. The written notice provided by CASQA shall include a reason(s) for such action(s). The Trainer of Record may request that CASQA provide the Trainer of Record an opportunity to appear before the CASQA Board of Directors to respond to the proposed action(s) prior to the action(s) becoming effective. The CASQA Board of Directors reserves the ultimate authority to determine if the proposed action(s) shall become effective.

  • Continuing Effect Except as contemplated hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
