BBA means the British Bankers’ Association.
BBA means the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 as amended by the Protecting American from Tax Hikes Act of 2015, Pub. L. No.114-113, div. If such Person would be deemed a Beneficial Owner pursuant to Section 13, such Person shall be deemed a Beneficial Owner for purposes of this Agreement and, conversely, if such Person would not be deemed a Beneficial Owner pursuant to Section 13, such Person shall not be deemed a Beneficial Owner for purposes of this Agreement.
