Battery Replacement. The MIU batteries will be replaced by Cellnet ------------------- so that there is no interruption in the AMR Services due to battery failure. Cellnet shall be responsible for the cost of the battery and installing the battery. Any system-wide replacement of batteries shall be coordinated in advance with Laclede.
