BATTERY COVERAGE. If You were offered and elected to include Battery Coverage on Your Product, Your Protection Plan shall also include up to one (1) battery repair or replacement during the first two (2) years of the Coverage Term, when the original rechargeable battery is defective as determined by Us and at Our sole discretion. We may require You to return Your original defective battery to Us to receive a replacement battery. Battery Coverage is only available for Covered Products that are new or newly manufacturer refurbished.

BATTERY COVERAGE.  One (1) battery repair or replacement, when the original rechargeable battery is defective as determined by us, and at our sole discretion.  We may require you to return your original defective battery to us to receive a replacement battery.  Repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of chargers, cradles, and accessories that were included with your product at the time of purchase, these products may be mailed to you and are limited to one like item per Plan term. Satellite Phone Store Protection Replacement Plan (SPSP-RP).  This Plan provides for the replacement of your covered product found to be defective by us. If we determine, in our sole discretion that your product needs replacement, we will replace your product with a new or refurbished product of like kind and quality that is of comparable performance or reimburse you for replacement of the product with a voucher or gift card, at our discretion, equal to the current market value of the product, as determined by us, not to exceed the original purchase price including all applicable taxes.  Your coverage under this Plan is effective beginning on the date you purchase your product as stated on your purchase receipt and will expire either two (2) or four (4) years from this effective date depending on the length of Plan you purchased and as stated on your purchase receipt. Our obligations under this Plan will be fulfilled in their entirety if we replace your product with a new or refurbished product or issue you a voucher or gift card for replacement of your product pursuant to these terms and conditions. In some cases, there could be multiple refurbished products used for fulfillment if found defective by us. This Plan is inclusive of your product’s manufacturer's warranty; it does not replace your product’s manufacturer's warranty, but it does provide certain additional benefits as listed within this Plan during the term of the manufacturer's warranty. Parts and services that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty during the manufacturer’s warranty period or that are the subject of a manufacturer’s recall are the responsibility of the manufacturer and are not covered under this Plan. Accessory replacements are limited to one like item per Plan term. After the manufacturer's warranty expires, this Plan continues to provide the benefits provided by the manufacturer’s warranty, as well as certain additional benefits as listed within these terms and conditions. BATTERY COVERAGE. If You purchased a plan that includes battery coverage for rechargeable batteries, We will include up to one (1) battery repair or replacement during the term of this Agreement. We may require You to return Your original defective battery to the Administrator to receive a replacement battery. BATTERY COVERAGE. This Limited Warranty will cover the approved replacement of the COVERED BATTERY under this Limited Warranty according to the Limits of Liability section. Authorized battery replacement must be performed at the ISSUING LOCATION and with an APPROPRIATE REPLACEMENT BATTERY. To file a claim, see HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM which includes instructions for After-Hours and Emergency Battery Replacement procedures if battery replacement is necessary outside of the ISSUING LOCATION’s and ADMINISTRATOR’s business hours (evening, weekend or holiday). LIMITS OF LIABILITY This Limited Warranty will cover up to $30.00 per FAILURE for battery installation labor cost. This Limited Warranty will also cover the wholesale dealer cost of the battery plus 10% for the replacement battery under the terms of this Limited Warranty up to a maximum of $275.00 per FAILURE. If the wholesale dealer cost of the battery exceeds $275.00, this Limited Warranty will cover the actual dealer cost of the battery excluding dealer markup up to a maximum of $325.00 per FAILURE. YOU shall be responsible for any amounts exceeding these limits. BATTERY JUMP SERVICE In the event YOUR vehicle will not start due to a weak or “run-down” COVERED BATTERY, WE will arrange for a service provider to boost or jump-start the battery. Jump start service will be provided as follows: Once the BATTERY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY has expired, YOU will be allowed two (2) complimentary jumpstart assistance calls (per battery) during the term of this Limited Warranty. For COVERED BATTERY Jump Service after the initial BATTERY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY has expired, call 0-000-000-0000 To File a Claim for Battery Replacement, call 0-000-000-0000 WHAT IS NOT COVERED There is no coverage for pre-existing conditions, diagnostic services, preventive maintenance or parts not listed above. Parts that fail due to circumstances such as an accident, theft, vandalism abusive driving, disconnection of systems/components, alteration made that is not part of normal maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, addition of after market products, use of improper/contaminated fluids, lubricants, additives or acts of God are not covered. If any part is still covered by any manufacturer’s warranty, recall, bulletin or policy adjustment under which the manufacturer will repair or replace the part at its expense or is required by law to do so, that part is excluded from coverage.   • Primary Coverage All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall apply on a primary and not on an excess or contributing basis as to any other insurance that may be available to OGS or any Authorized User for any claim arising from a Contractor’s work under any Contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, or as a result of a Vendor or Contractor’s activities. Any other insurance maintained by OGS or any Authorized User shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Vendor/Contractor’s insurance.

  • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will:

  • Family Coverage The employee’s cost for family coverage will be nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the family rate for the employee’s Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee’s family rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan). The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Disability Coverage In the event a State employee goes on an extended medical disability, or is receiving Workers’ Compensation benefits, the Employer-policyholder shall continue at no cost to the employee the coverage of the group life insurance for such employee for the period of such extended leave, but not beyond two (2) years.

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Professional Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain professional errors and omissions liability insurance for protection against claims alleging negligent acts, errors or omissions which may arise from Consultant or by its employees, or subcontractors. The amount of this insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) on a claims-made annual aggregate basis, or a combined single-limit per occurrence basis.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
