Common use of Battalion Chiefs Clause in Contracts

Battalion Chiefs. Employees temporarily assigned to work as a Battalion Chief for one half (½) shift shall receive a five (5%) percent wage supplement paid retroactively to the beginning of the first shift.

Battalion Chiefs. District Chiefs assigned to the Floating Squad who may be required to work in Battalion 7 shall be paid an additional two (2%) percent of their base pay for all hours worked within Battalion 7.
