Basic Superintendence and Collection Route Management. As a basic level of service to the Township, Contractor shall give personal superintendence to the work or have a competent Supervisor available at all times with authority to act for Contractor. Contractor shall maintain a local office with a local telephone calling provision. Contractor’s telephone number for complaints shall be publicized and Contractor’s supervisory personnel shall be available via mobile cellular phones. The office phone shall be well-attended for at least the hours of 8:00
a. m. to 5:00 p.m. on all days when service is provided by the Contractor. An automated phone system is required after hours. All complaints will be directed by the Township to Contractor’s Customer Service. Logs will be maintained and provided to the Township daily, including date and time complaint is received, name and address of complainant, nature of complaint, date and time complaint is resolved and description of how complaint was resolved. Resolution of complaints shall be completed within 24 hours with notice of such to the Township.
