BASIC SERVICES OF ARCHITECT. ARCHITECT shall serve as AGENCY ’S professional architectural and planning representative in those phases of all projects to which this CONTRACT applies, and will give consultation and advice to the AGENCY during the performance of its services. General Project Development ARCHITECT shall perform professional services as hereinafter provided which include architectural and planning relating to projects as assigned by AGENCY. Services include, but are not limited to: (1) the preparation of construction plans, documents and specifications; (2) providing Architectural and planning services during construction (3) providing studies, investigations, and consultation as requested by staff; (4) the preparation of grant and permit applications and representation before all applicable governing and regulatory agencies; and (5) and providing monthly status reports for Projects. In the event, that it is determined that a Work Order will be undertaken on a Lump Sum Basis, the ARCHITECT shall submit to the AGENCY for its approval, a detailed Scope of Service with an hourly staff rate estimate for each portion of the scope. The ARCHITECTS Lump Sum Fee shall be determined based on the actual hourly labor rates of the ARCHITECTS employees as indicated in Exhibit “2”.   • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Services of Consultant Consultant agrees to perform for Client the Services. As such Consultant will provide bona fide services to Client. The services to be provided by Consultant will not be in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and will not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Client's securities.
