Common use of Basic Services Compensation Clause in Contracts

Basic Services Compensation. “Basic Services Compensation” means the fee designated in Article 4 to be paid by the Owner to the Construction Manager for Basic Services set forth in Attachment A by the Construction Manager.

Basic Services Compensation. “Basic Services Compensation” means the lump sum fee designated in Article 4 to be paid by the Owner to the Construction Manager for the satisfactory performance of all of the Basic Services set forth in Attachment A by the Construction Manager.
