Basic Medical Insurance. All regular team members, whether full-time or part-time, may choose to be covered by the Company's Medical Plan, for which the British Columbia Medical Services Plan is the licensed carrier. Benefits and premium rates shall be in accordance with the existing policy of the plan. The Company will pay the premium.
