Common use of Basic Commitment Clause in Contracts

Basic Commitment. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations described herein, each of the parties listed on Exhibit B hereto (collectively, the “Backstop Parties”) hereby agrees to participate in the Rights Offering for its full pro rata share of Depositary Shares (the “Rights Offering Basic Commitment”) and to participate in the Concurrent Private Placement for its full pro rata share of Preferred Membership Interests (the “LLC Basic Commitment,” and, together with the Rights Offering Basic Commitment, the “Basic Commitment”).
