Basic Carrying Costs. Borrower shall have paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to the Property which are in arrears, including without limitation, (a) accrued but unpaid insurance premiums relating to the Property, (b) currently due and payable Taxes (including any in arrears) relating to the Property, and (c) currently due Other Charges relating to the Property, which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Loan.

Borrower shall have caused Mortgage Borrower to have paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to the Properties which are in arrears, including, without limitation, (a) accrued but unpaid Insurance Premiums, (b) currently due Taxes (including any in arrears) and (c) currently due Other Charges, which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Loan.

Borrower shall have caused Mortgage Borrower and Baltimore Owner to have paid all Basic Carrying Costs relating to the Properties which are in arrears (other than those being contested in accordance with the provisions of the Loan Documents), including without limitation, (a) accrued but unpaid Insurance Premiums, (b) currently due Taxes (including any in arrears) and (c) currently due Other Charges, which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Mortgage Loan.
Basic Carrying Costs. Borrower shall have paid all Basic Carrying -------------------- Costs relating to each of the Properties and each Additional Property to be encumbered by a Mortgage in connection with such Subsequent Advance which are in arrears, including without limitation, (i) insurance premiums then due with respect to each of the Properties and each Additional Property to be added as an Individual Property in connection with such Subsequent Advance, (ii) currently due Taxes (including any in arrears) relating to each of the Properties and each Additional Property to be encumbered by a Mortgage in connection with such Subsequent Advance and (iii) currently due Other Charges relating to each of the Properties and each Additional Property to be encumbered by a Mortgage in connection with such Subsequent Advance, which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Subsequent Advance.
Basic Carrying Costs. Borrowers shall have paid or deposited into an applicable reserve fund (i) the amount described in clause (b) of Section 7.3.1 and (ii) all currently due Other Charges (other than ground lease rents) which amounts shall be funded with proceeds of the Loan.
