Common use of Baseline Schedule Clause in Contracts

Baseline Schedule. Within ninety (90) days of Design-Builder’s receipt of LNTP1, Design-Builder shall submit to Department, for its review and approval, a Baseline Schedule in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Technical Requirements. Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Early Work Payment until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Baseline Schedule.
