Base Salary Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “base salary” shall include any amounts deducted pursuant to Sections 125 and 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the “Code”). Amounts paid pursuant to this section 7 shall be deemed severance pay and in lieu of any further salary for periods subsequent to the Date of Termination.
