Common use of Base Price Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Base Price Adjustments. The Aircraft Basic Price of the Option Aircraft will be adjusted to Boeing's then-current prices as of the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft in accordance with the agreement reached below. The Aircraft Basic Price starting point for options delivering in 2003 is *** (July 1992 STE), for options delivering in 2004 is *** (July 1992 STE), for options delivering in 2005 through 2009 is *** (July 1992 STE). Such Aircraft Basic Price may increase in accordance with paragraphs 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.2.3 and 2.2.4.
