Common use of Base Price Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Base Price Adjustments. The Aircraft Basic Price of the Option Aircraft will be adjusted to Boeing's then-current prices as of the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft in accordance with the agreement reached below. The Aircraft Basic Price starting point for Option Aircraft delivering in 2003 is *** (July 1992 STE), for Option Aircraft delivering in 2004 is *** (July 1992 STE), for Optionss delivering in 2005 through 2009 is *** (July 1992 STE) and for Block "U" Option Aircraft is *** (July 1999 STE).
