BASE INTEL RECORD FILE MAINTENANCE. The Intelligence Subsystem will support the creation, deletion, and modification of the Base Intel Record associated with each of the intelligence's sources. A Base Intel Record can have one or more electronic photographs and can be linked to multiple person records, location records, and vehicle records. There will be four types of Base Intel Records which correspond to the four different sources of information: (1) General Intelligence, (2) Gangs, (3) Threats, and (4) Organized Crime.
