Base Hourly Rates. The base hourly rates, labor grades, and job classifications as set forth in the Appendices of this Contract, which have been fixed on a permanent basis, shall remain in effect for the duration of this Contract, unless revised by the Union and Company.

XXX’s hired after the 2017 CBA ratification and subsequently reclassified as SO’s will revert to the top (30 month) pay rate of the new hire SO’s shown for the year of reclassification, provided they have been an SPO for 30 months. **Incumbent SPO’s that are reclassified as SO’s during this contract, will be grandfathered under the rate structure and will move to the top (30 month) rate for the incumbent SO’s, not the new hire SO rate, and participate in annual wage increases with the rest of the incumbent SO’s, provided they have been an SPO for 30 months.

Base Hourly Rates. Wage rates for Employer’s Employees, as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, shall be set forth in Exhibit 1 & 2 Employee would move to new wage at the beginning of the pay period following the pay period that the step/hours requirement are met. Credit for Experience: On the date the Employer receives proof of such experience (based on actual hours in classification: 2080 hours = 1year) an employee who has worked for other nursing homes or in a related industry shall receive credit for fifty percent (50%) for his/her prior experience for purpose of determining the appropriate wage scale placement, for a maximum placement of 10,400 hours.
