Base Hourly Rate. Base Hourly Rate" means the hourly amount paid to an Employee, exclusive of any vacation, Paid Holiday, overtime, premium or other penalty pay, etc. calculated in accordance with either Clause 13.08(c) or Letter Of Understanding No. 2, Paragraph (5), as applicable.
