Base Bids. As part of the pre-final submission, the Department may require the Professional to submit proposed base bids. As part of Basic Services, the Professional shall revise the Contract Documents to clearly identify the Work of each base bid. If base bids were included in a previous submission, those base bids also must be included in the pre- final submission. As part of Basic Services, the Professional shall revise previous base bids as required by the content of the pre-final submission.
