Common use of Base Annual Salary Clause in Contracts

Base Annual Salary. In consideration for the performance of his duties under this Agreement, Employee will be paid a base annual salary of Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($325,000.00), which shall be payable (less applicable withholding for federal taxes) in semi-monthly installments or otherwise in such manner as the salaries of other executive officers of Company are paid in accordance with Company policy.

Base Annual Salary. If the Company completes an equity offering in excess of 15 million USD during the term of this agreement, Employee’s base annual salary shall be increased to $225,000, effective the day of closing of the equity offering.
