Common use of Base Annual Salary Clause in Contracts

Base Annual Salary. Subject to other specific provisions in this Agreement, as compensation for services hereunder, EXECUTIVE shall receive a Base Annual Salary of $300,000 payable in accordance with the Company's ordinary payroll practices (and in any event no less frequently than monthly).
