Barricades. Upon receipt of written notification from the Airport that the Premises are ready for Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall install a construction barricade along openings at the lease line. Tenant shall coordinate with the BBC prior to installation of the barricade. Tenant is responsible for maintenance, demolition, and disposal at completion of Tenant’s Work. Tenant is responsible for mitigation dust control.
