Common use of Barricades Clause in Contracts

Barricades. Prior to the commencement of any construction activity requiring barricades, Purchaser shall install a barricade of a type and appearance satisfactory to Seller and constructed in compliance with all applicable federal, state or local laws, ordinances and regulations. Seller retains the right to approve maintenance, appearance, nature, type, and design of all barricades.
