BARREL FORCING CONE BUSHING. Licensor represents and warrants that he is the sole owner of U.S. ▇▇▇. No. 5,048,216, generally referred to as the "barrel forcing cone bushing." Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a worldwide non-exclusive license to manufacture and produce the barrel forcing cone bushing after January 31, 1998 through the expiration of the patent for the barrel forcing cone bushing in September 2008.
