Bargaining Unit Information. Semi-annually the Employer will provide the Union with a list of the following information for all permanent employees: name, address, telephone number (subject to release by the employee), duty station, pay grade, date of hire, date of assignment to and separation from the bargaining unit, and date of last promotion. These semi-annual reports will be provided to the Union by March 1 and September 1 each calendar year.
