BARGAINING UNIT AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for its employees as described in the Certification issued by the British Columbia Labour Relations Board on February 8, 2011, and varied by the Board on December 14th, 2021 for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, hours of employment and other conditions of employment.
