BARGAINING UNIT AND RECOGNITION. 1.01 This Agreement applies to all hourly rated employees of the Company in its Mill at Trenton, Ontario, save and except salaried Supervisors and above, office staff, watchmen, sales trainees, engineering trainees, time study and methods personnel and employees engaged in a confidential capacity relating to labour relations. 1.02 The Company recognizes the Union during the term of this Agreement as the exclusive bargaining agent of the employees for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect of wages, hours, seniority, grievance procedure and such other working conditions as are included in this Agreement.
