Bargaining Obligations. Where the development and implementation of the Employer’s Equal Employment Opportunity Plans and Programs involve changes in personnel policies, practices, or working conditions, the Employer will fulfill its bargaining obligations with the Union under Chapter 71 -- Labor-Management Relations—of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Code.
