Bargaining Information. 1. The Superintendent and/or the Treasurer shall furnish the Association, within a reasonable time and upon written request, all available public information pertinent to the issue(s) to be bargained. 2. The Association, upon written request, shall provide to the Board financial data, when it is completed by the Ohio Education Association and received by the Association, with regard to the financial status of the Blanchester Local School District.
