Banquet. When the sponsor of an organized activity such as functions, etc. leaves gratuity with the hotel for disbursement, an amount equal to nine (9%) percent shall be retained by the hotel for administration and payroll related costs. An amount equal to seventy two and a half (72.5%) percent of the said remaining ninety-one (91%) percent gratuity shall be disbursed by the Employer to Banquet bargaining unit employees on the basis set forth in clause (b), unless otherwise specifically indicated by the guest/customer to the Employer. It is the intent of the Employer to secure gratuities in their service contracts whenever possible and it agrees to endeavour to encourage such sponsors to pay at least fifteen (15%) percent on food and beverages as gratuity. The Employer agrees that, notwithstanding the guest/customer wishes, said percentages of 91% of the gratuities as indicated above shall always be paid to Banquet employees in the bargaining unit.
Banquet. The Host may provide a banquet or breakfast for players, coaches and official team staff. If Host chooses to host a banquet, MH must be notified by November 1st. Parents and families should be invited to attend the event. Please note this is not a requirement.
Banquet. The MEET DIRECTOR may, in its sole discretion, arrange a banquet or comparable Event on the evening of the final day of competition at the Event. The MEET DIRECTOR may charge a reasonable fee ($20-$30) to each individual wishing to attend the banquet. If there are not an adequate number of tickets sold, the banquet may be cancelled.

Banquet. During the official dinners and banquets, the President of the host National Federation will be at the FILA President's left. The IOC or NOC representative will sit on his right. The wives will be seated among the other individuals present. As far as possible, guests who are not at the official table will be seated according to their rank. Toasts and speeches will be made during the dessert. During these ceremonies, official clothing is required.

The Union will inform the Company in writing of the identity of the stewards and the Company shall not be obliged to recognize such personnel until it has been so ! informed. No Xxxxxxx, Union committee member or Union employed by the Company may leave his regular duties without the permission of his Supervisor in order to attend to Union business. Such person shall not be so absent for more than a reasonable period of time in order to attend to the matter. Upon his return to his regular duties after having secured such prior permission, he shall give any explanation reasonably required by his Supervisor to explain the duration of his absence. Union Stewards will be reimbursed at wage rate, for-time. result of participating in grievance meetings with the Company. Properly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to enter the premises at reasonable times to meet with employees and Shop Stewards regarding Union business, upon notifying the Human Resources Manager, or her designate, immediately when they arrive. The Union acknowledges that employees and Union Stewards have their regular duties to perform and as such they will not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their Supervisor, which permission will not be unreasonably withheld. When an employee or resumes her regular duties, she will report again to her Supervisor. The Company will compensate the Stewards, at their regular rate of pay, for time spent at educational seminars during regular working hours. Payment of educational seminars will not exceed three (3) hours per month (non cumulative). Notwithstanding the above, the Union will be required to notify the Company three
Banquet. Host a banquet and guest speaker for players, coaches, and managers on evening before tournament. A picnic at the ball field may be provided in lieu of a banquet facility with the approval of the General Chairman. Parent and fan participation at the banquet are at the discretion of the HOST.
Banquet. The prices quoted by Hotel Rigi Kaltbad for extra services and hiring infrastructure shall apply in accordance with the confirmation. The event organiser shall undertake to ensure that all food and drink consumed in the hotel or on hotel grounds are purchased from Hotel Rigi Kaltbad.
