Bankruptcy/Incompetency Sample Clauses

Bankruptcy/Incompetency. We will not allow any of you to withdraw money from the account or deal with the account in any way if: (A) we discover that any one of you has declared bankruptcy or become the subject of bankruptcy proceedings; or (B) we are given notice that any one of you has been declared mentally incompetent or incapable of managing your own affairs, subject to you having appointed an attorney whose capacity survives your mental incompetency, or a legal guardian being appointed to manage your affairs.
