Common use of Banking Clause in Contracts

Banking. All funds of the Partnership shall be deposited in a separate bank account or accounts as shall be determined by the General Partner with the Consent of the Special Limited Partner. All withdrawals therefrom shall be made upon checks signed by the General Partner or by any person authorized to do so by the General Partner. The General Partner shall provide to any Partner who requests same the name and address of the financial institution, the account number and other relevant information regarding any Partnership bank account.
