Banking Code of Practice. As part of our commitment to customer service, we have adopted the Banking Code of Practice. This is a self- regulatory code which aims to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ good relations between banks and customers, and to promote good banking practice. The Banking Code of Practice applies to banking services provided to customers who are “individuals” or “small businesses” as defined in it. We will comply with the Banking Code of Practice, where it applies to the banking services we provide to you.
