Bank Product Obligations. To the extent any Affiliate of a Lender provides any Bank Products and thereby becomes a beneficiary of the Liens pursuant to any Security Instrument, such Affiliate of a Lender shall be deemed to appoint the Administrative Agent its nominee and agent to act for and on behalf of such Affiliate in connection with such Security Instruments and to be bound by the terms of this Article XI and the other provisions of this Agreement.
