Common use of Bank Charges Clause in Contracts

Bank Charges. Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender or any Participating Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, any fees paid by Lender to any Participating Lender) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender or any Participating Lender, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender or any Participating Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender or any Participating Lender on account of the Obligations.

Bank Charges. Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all normal and customary fees, costs or expenses which Lender or any Participating Lender Participant pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, including any fees paid by Lender to any Participating LenderParticipant) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender or any Participating LenderParticipant, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender or any Participating LenderParticipant, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender or any Participating Lender Participant on account of the Obligations.

Borrower shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all reasonable and customary fees, costs or expenses which Lender or any Participating Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, any fees paid by Lender to any Participating Lender) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Lender or any Participating Lender, of proceeds of loans made by Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender or any Participating Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Lender or any Participating Lender on account of the Obligations.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Lender, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Lender or any Participating Lender Participant pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, including any fees paid by Lender to any Participating LenderParticipant) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to a Borrower or any other Person on behalf of a Borrower, by Lender or any Participating LenderParticipant, of proceeds of loans Revolver Loans made by Lender to Borrower Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Lender or any Participating LenderParticipant, of any check or item of payment Payment Item received or delivered to Lender or any Participating Lender Participant on account of the Obligations. Each Borrower acknowledges and agrees that Lender may charge such costs, fees and expenses to Borrowers based upon Lender’s good faith estimate of such costs, fees and expenses as they are incurred by Lender.
