Common use of Bank Charges Clause in Contracts

Bank Charges. (a) In consideration of the performance of its role under this Agreement, the Issuer shall pay to the Collateral Account Bank the fees and commissions (including any applicable VAT), if any, as may be agreed in writing between the Issuer and the Collateral Account Bank. The Issuer shall also pay to the Collateral Account Bank all properly incurred expenses incurred by the Collateral Account Bank in connection with its services under this Agreement.
