Common use of Bank Charges Clause in Contracts

Bank Charges. Borrower shall pay to Agent, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans made to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection by Agent or any Lender of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.

Bank Charges. Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Agent, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to any Borrower or any other Person on behalf of any Borrower, by Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans made to Borrower Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection by Agent or any Lender of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.

Borrower Borrowers shall pay to Agent, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution (including any fees paid by Agent or any Lender to any Participant) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to a Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, Borrower by Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans made by Lenders to a Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection by Agent or any Lender of any check or item of payment Payment Item received or delivered to Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.

Borrower shall pay to AgentAgent and/or Lenders, on demand, any and all normal and customary fees, costs or expenses which Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrower or any other Person on behalf of Borrower, by Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans loans made by any Lender to Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection collection, by Agent or any Lender Lender, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.

Each Borrower shall pay to the applicable Agent, on demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which such Agent or any Lender pays to a bank or other similar institution arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to either Borrower or any other Person on behalf of such Borrower, by such Agent or any Lender, of proceeds of Loans made to such Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the depositing for collection by such Agent or any Lender of any check cheque or item of payment received or delivered to such Agent or any Lender on account of the Obligations.
