Ballot Box. The OPBA shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place a ballot box at Department Headquarters for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on all OPBA issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the OPBA and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the City’s review.

Such box shall be the property of the OPBA and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the City’s review. Such balloting shall be limited to no more than four (4) times per year. Such balloting shall not interfere with work activities and the ballot box shall be removed as soon as practicable after the issue has been determined.
