Balancing and Controls. On a regular basis and if applicable, Customer shall review all input and output, controls, reports, and documentation, to ensure the integrity of data processed by Q2. In addition, Customer shall on a regular basis check exception reports to verify that all file maintenance entries and non-monetary transactions have been correctly entered. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts for initiating timely remedial action to correct any improperly processed data.
