BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Baggage and Personal Effects, which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip or while checked with a Common Carrier less any amount paid or payable by a Common Carrier, hotel, Travel Supplier or any other party responsible for Your loss, provided You have taken all reasonable measures to protect, save and/or recover Your property at all times. We will also reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for fees associated with the replacement of Your passport, visas and other travel documents which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip.

BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. (Applicable to Premier Plan only) This Section 12. shall only apply to loss or damage of baggage items during the Policy Period that occur whilst the Insured Person is traveling outside of Hong Kong or the city or town in which their OEI is located and/or they normally reside when attending the OEI. The Company will pay the Insured Person for loss of or damage to baggage, clothing and personal effects, worn, carried by the Insured Person, in trunks, suitcases and like receptacles, occurring during the travel period and owned by the Insured Person, up to the Maximum Benefits stated in the Schedule of Benefits subject to all of the following:
BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. The Company will pay the Insured Person up to the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefits for loss of or damage to baggage, clothing and personal effects, worn, carried by the Insured Person by hand, in trunks, suitcases and like receptacles owned by the Insured Person occurring during the insured Journey. If any damaged article is proven to be beyond economical repair, a claim will be dealt as if the article had been lost. The Company shall not be liable for more than HK$3,000 in respect of any one (1) article, pair or set of articles and may make payment or at its opinion reinstate or repair the article, pair, or set of articles subject to due allowance for wear and tear and depreciation in respect of any item more than one (1) year old from the date of purchase.

Currency Xxxxx’x Underwriters agree to pay for loss of currency through theft or robbery of personal currency (excluding unexplained disappearance; police report required), up to a limit of $100 . Flight Delay Xxxxx’x Underwriters agree to pay for personal necessities if your flight is delayed beyond 12 hours (airline confirmation of delay required) up to a limit of $200 . Conditions
