BACKGROUND, PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS. The City of Durham collects discarded electronic materials at its Waste Disposal and Recycling Center located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx. Collected materials are sorted and packaged for shipment by City Staff. The Contractor shall pick-up, transport, process, and market for reuse all acceptable electronic materials that the City has packaged at its collection facility.
