Background/Objectives. A. This Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement (hereinafter called Agreement) between the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Geological Survey, National Park Service, and U.S. Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Forest Service, and Natural Resources Conservation Service (hereinafter called Federal Agencies), and the University of Nevada-Reno and its Partner Institutions is a continuation for a five (5) year term to provide for the operation and maintenance of the Great Basin Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU). This continuation of the Great Basin CESU is implemented by mutual consent of the parties and is consistent with the prior Agreement and the express intent of the request for proposals for that agreement. The Great Basin CESU is associated with a national network of CESUs.

Background/Objectives. The Company is a CNS therapeutics biopharmaceutical organization with pre-clinical and clinical stage products. The key objective of the Collaboration between the Company and ProSeed is a Corporate Transaction, as described further below, other than a pure financing (pure financing is covered by separate agreements between the Parties). This continuation of the Chesapeake Watershed CESU is implemented by mutual consent of the parties and is consistent with the prior Agreement and the express intent of the request for proposals for that agreement. The Chesapeake Watershed CESU is associated with a national network of CESUs.
Background/Objectives. This document shall serve as a universal Statement of Work which outlines potential tasks to be performed. The Statement of Work shall be supplemented by individual Task Work Orders (TWO) that are specific to each workstream assigned. Labor Laison hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”. Under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide services to NYSERDA at the request and direction of NYSERDA. Services and work products provided under this Agreement will be defined by written Task Work Orders as defined in Section 3 of this Statement of Work.
Background/Objectives. The Contractor shall provide technical and proposal development assistance (Participant Assistance or PA) to teams participating as Phase One awardees in the three Challenges under the New York Clean Transportation Prizes (NYCTP) Program: the Clean Neighborhoods Challenge, the Electric Mobility Challenge and the Electric Truck and Bus Challenge. The NYCTP program, launched in April 2021, consists of two Phases. There will be up to 18 Phase One awardees identified in Winter 2021-2022 and up to 10 Phase Two awardees identified in Summer 2022. Projects will then be implemented from Summer 2022 through the end of 2025. This PA contract is anticipated to run from October 2021 through June 2022, the time period during which Phase One awards are made and those teams will be refining their proposals for final submission. Each Phase One awardee will be operating under a signed contract with NYSERDA for use of up to $100,000 for refinement of their proposals. See the Sample Agreement (Phase One Planning Grant Scope of Work) that delineates how the funds may be used along with a list of milestone payments to be made upon completion of specific deliverables. In addition to the planning grant, each Phase One awardee will receive up to $50,000 in in-kind support from the Contractor and its team of subject matter experts, and up to $50,000 in funding for community partners to support their active participation in final proposal development. NYSERDA will distribute the NGO funds directly to the Phase One teams for the involvement of their identified partners. The Contractor shall assist NYSERDA with developing a list of eligible expenses and provide a review of the teams’ plans for and use of the funds to assist NYSERDA with ensuring they align with eligible expenses.
