Common use of B4 Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

B4 Key Personnel. B4.1 The Parties have agreed to the appointment of the Key Personnel. The Contractor shall obtain prior written consent from the client before procuring any sub-contractor or removing or replacing any Key Personnel during the Contract Period. Written notice must be provided by the Contractor of its intention to replace Key Personnel within a minimum of three (3) Working Days of the Contractor becoming aware that the Key Personnel will be unable to continue to contribute to the provision of the Services (for any reason whatsoever).

Written , and written notice must be provided by the Contractor of its intention to replace Key Personnel within a minimum of three (3) Working Days of the Contractor becoming aware that the Key Personnel will be unable to continue to contribute to the provision of the Services (for any reason whatsoever).
