B2B IPSEC Service Availability. For the B2B IPsec Service Availability Service Level, Availability will be measured for the Business-to Business (B2B) environment and shall mean the period when remote access via IPsec is fully accessible (allowing for workarounds within the system that are acceptable to Company) and providing Services to the entire population of Authorized Users.
