B Automobile Liability. Automobile Liability shall cover owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles; and shall be written on a coverage form at least as broad as ISO form CA 00 01. If the work involves the transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 endorsements. Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: $1,000,000 Combined single limit each accident 1-07.18(5)C Workers’ Compensation The Contractor shall comply with Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by the Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington.

  • Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.
